And what really sends it over the top is when you add some crunch and a bit a of salt. You hit the sweet-salty-crunchy button. Perfect. And that is what these white chocolate crunchies do. Now if I could just stop eating them…
Adding sprinkles make the look pretty, too.

Ingredients
- 2pkgs (16oz each) White Candy Coating
- 241 box (8 oz) Corn Flakes
- Course Salt
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Place cornflakes in a large bowl
- Melt white candy coating in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until melted. It is better to have a few unmelted chunks than to over heat and burn the candy coating.
- pour melted candy coating over the corn flakes and stir until all of the cereal is coated (this may take a bit).
- Drop large spoonfuls into unlined muffin tins. You can make them larger or smaller depending on your preference. When you have filled ~12 muffin cups, sprinkle with salt and sprinkles. If the candy coating has already hardened and the salt, etc does not stick. you can place the crunchies on a plate and microwave for 5-10 seconds, then sprinkle with salt, etc.
- Place muffin tins on the counter for ~30 min or until set (or put them in the freezer for 10 min).
