We love oatmeal here. A warm bowl of oats with some butter and sugar…perfect start to a brisk fall morning. But when you have a little more time to putz around in the kitchen…say a nice Sunday morning, making baked oatmeal is the way to go.
Brew some coffee, whip up the oatmeal. Then pop it in the oven and read your book while sipping said coffee until you (have to) get the kids up.
They are happy, you are happy…win-win. We like that 🙂
And…it’s healthy as well (shhhhh….they won’t ever know….)
